Accommodations near MIT for STAMP conference
We have booked room blocks at the following hotels in the area. Please book ASAP to ensure the group rate:
Marriott Cambridge. The group rate is $199.00/night for Monday 3/25/13 – Wednesday 3/27/13. Please use this link to book the reservation at the group rate.
The last day to book a room at the Marriott with the group rate is Monday March 4th.
Best Western Plus Hotel Tria. The group rate is $159.00/night for Monday 3/25/13 – Thursday 3/28/13 check out. This hotel is 5 subway stops (starting at Alewife) from MIT (Kendall Square) and two stops from Harvard Square. The hotel has a free shuttle service that will take you to the Alewife subway station or to Harvard Square. Book your reservations ASAP as there are only 75 rooms at the Marriott and 50 at the Best Western at the group rate.
If you book early, you may be able to get good rates at other Boston/Cambridge hotels, but try to get near a subway stop for convenient transportation to MIT.
